Trang Phan a global systems architect, AI strategist, and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of international experience across Australia, Europe, and Asia. She advises boards, C-suite executives, investors, and public-sector leaders on enterprise transformation, AI governance, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and large-scale systems architecture.

Previously with McKinsey & Company, Trang supported senior executives on transformation strategy, operating model redesign, and organizational change. As a Global Expert with GLG, she has advised Fortune 500 companies, investment firms, and government organizations on artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and complex transformation initiatives.

Prior to founding ITIA, Trang held executive leadership roles, including Director of Digital Transformation at PVcomBank, leading enterprise modernization and innovation programs. Her industry experience spans financial services, telecommunications, energy, mobility, government, and critical infrastructure.

As Founder of the Institute for Trust, Intelligence & Autonomy (ITIA), Trang leads the development of trustworthy AI, institutional intelligence, autonomous systems, and governance frameworks that enable organizations to adopt emerging technologies responsibly. She has developed more than 100 enterprise frameworks across AI governance, digital transformation, executive decision systems, cybersecurity, organizational design, and systemic risk, helping organizations build intelligent, secure, and resilient enterprises.

She advises executive teams on business strategy, customer transformation, operating model excellence, and global growth, helping organizations scale innovation while strengthening operational performance.

During her leadership career at Cisco Systems, one of the world's largest collaboration and networking technology companies, Cam Thuy managed global localization, international operations, and strategic vendor ecosystems as part of the senior management team. She led cross-functional programs spanning global markets, delivering next-generation SaaS and enterprise collaboration solutions while helping shape long-term business strategy and international growth initiatives.

Her leadership has consistently delivered measurable business outcomes, including reducing operational and delivery costs by 50 percent while accelerating global go-to-market execution. She has built scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and high-performing international teams that enable organizations to grow efficiently across regions and cultures. A strong advocate for inclusive leadership, she has led diverse global teams, fostered collaborative cultures, and developed systems that balance innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
