Trang Phan is a global systems architect, AI strategist, and digital transformation leader with nearly two decades of international experience across Australia, Europe, and Asia. Her career spans strategy consulting, enterprise technology, financial services, cybersecurity, product and experience design, digital infrastructure, intelligent systems, and complex enterprise transformation.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, artificial intelligence, and organizational transformation. With a career that began in digital product and human-centered design before expanding into enterprise strategy, technology architecture, and executive leadership, Trang brings an unusually integrated perspective to transformation—connecting business objectives with operating models, customer needs, data, technology, security, AI, governance, and implementation.

Previously with McKinsey & Company, Trang worked across enterprise transformation, financial services, telecommunications, customer experience, operating-model design, digital strategy, and technology-enabled change. She later served as Director of Digital Transformation at PVcomBank, leading transformation governance, data strategy, executive workshops, strategic initiatives, and enterprise modernization. Her broader technology leadership experience extends across energy, electric mobility, digital platforms, secure information systems, and enterprise infrastructure.

As a GLG Global Expert, Trang advises international organizations, investors, and enterprises on artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, intelligent systems, and large-scale technology transformation—bridging technical complexity with strategic, commercial, and organizational decision-making.

Architect of AMOS

Trang is the origin architect and steward of AMOS (Absolute Meta Operating System), her proprietary AI and systems architecture for building more deterministic, traceable, governable, adaptive, and resilient intelligent systems.

AMOS brings together established technology disciplines—including deterministic reasoning, agentic AI, knowledge graphs, machine memory, provenance and data lineage, explainable AI, AI governance, cybersecurity, observability, validation, adversarial testing, causal reasoning, self-correction, rollback, and human-in-the-loop control—within a broader systems architecture.

Her original intellectual property extends these foundations into architectures for Governed Machine Evolution (GMEF), bounded autonomous adaptation, recursive intelligence, deterministic validation, knowledge integrity, provenance-aware reasoning, memory governance, adversarial resilience, systemic risk, machine repair, and human-governed autonomous systems.

A central principle of this work is that increasingly capable AI should not automatically acquire increasing authority. Adaptive systems should be able to propose, test, evaluate, deploy, monitor, correct, roll back, and learn from change while remaining inside explicit boundaries for identity, permissions, provenance, security, consequence, and human governance.

AMOS therefore addresses a broader engineering question than model performance alone: How can increasingly intelligent and autonomous systems remain verifiable, secure, explainable, reversible, and accountable as they operate and evolve?

As Founder of the Institute for Trust, Intelligence & Autonomy (ITIA), Trang brings together her experience across strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, technology architecture, cybersecurity, human-centered design, and AI systems engineering.

ITIA focuses on helping organizations move beyond isolated AI pilots and fragmented digital initiatives toward intelligent enterprise systems in which strategy, people, processes, data, technology, AI, security, and governance operate as an integrated architecture.

Trang's approach spans the full transformation lifecycle—from executive strategy, operating-model and organizational design through enterprise architecture, AI strategy, product and experience design, implementation, governance, assurance, and continuous improvement.

Her work is particularly focused on the emerging challenge of enterprise autonomy: enabling organizations to benefit from agentic AI, autonomous workflows, intelligent decision systems, and adaptive technologies without sacrificing human authority, institutional accountability, security, or operational resilience.
